IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the launch of the first Regent Residences in the Middle East through an agreement with Sankari, a premier luxury real estate developer in Dubai.
Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury and lifestyle portfolio, will be situated in Dubai’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and feature 63 upper luxury units as well as ten floating homes.
